1, mechanical polishing:

Mechanical polishing good flatness, bright. However, the labor intensity is large, the pollution is serious, the complex parts are difficult to process, the luster is decreased, and the investment and cost are high. Suitable for simple workpieces, medium and small products, complex parts can not be processed. It should be noted that the mechanical polishing of the entire product luster is not consistent, and the luster is not maintained for a long time.

2, chemical polishing:

Chemical polishing investment is less, complex parts can be thrown, high efficiency, fast speed. However, the brightness is insufficient, the polishing liquid should be humidified, there is gas overflow, and wind equipment is required. For complex products, products with low brightness requirements can use chemical polishing, and small batch processing is more cost-effective.

3, electrochemical polishing:

Electrochemical polishing to mirror luster, long-term maintenance, process stability, less pollution, low cost, good anti-pollution. However, the one-time investment is large, complex parts should be installed with tooling, auxiliary electrodes, and mass production should be cooled. Suitable for dirty products, requiring a long time to maintain mirror light, bright products. Electrochemical polishing process is stable, easy to operate, and can be widely used.
